Scott C. Nolan graduated from the State University of New York in 1989.  He went on to receive a Master’s Degree in National Security from Georgetown University in 1993 and his law degree from George Mason University School of Law in 1999. Following the completion of his law degree, Mr. Nolan worked for the Civil Rights division of Department of Justice before opening his own law offices in 2001. Scott C. Nolan is a solo practitioner.  He is admitted to practice in all Virginia courts and the Federal Eastern District of Virginia.
