Second & Third DUI's

Fine:  $500.00 to $2,500.00
License Suspension:  3 years, no restricted license for 4 months
Treatment Program:  Virginia ASAP
Ignition Interlock required

Second DUI Offense (within 5 years)
Jail: 20 days to 1 year
Fine:  $500.00 to $2,500.00
License Suspension:  3 years, no restricted license for 1 year
Treatment Program:  Virginia ASAP
Ignition Interlock required

Third DUI Offense (within 10 years)(a felony)
Jail: 90 days to 5 years
Fine:  $1000.00 to $2,500.00
License Suspension:  Indefinite
Treatment Program:  None
Ignition Interlock required

Third DUI Offense (within 5 years)(a felony)
Jail: 6 months to 5 years
Fine:  $1000.00 to $2,500.00
License Suspension:  Indefinite
Treatment Program:  None
Ignition Interlock required

Fourth or Subsequent DUI Offense (within 10 years)(a felony)
Jail: 1 to 5 years
Fine:  $1000.00 to $2,500.00
License Suspension:  Indefinite
Treatment Program:  None
Ignition Interlock required
